Terms of Service

These Terms govern partner accounts and visitor access on need.litto.co. This is a summary; the legally binding version is being finalized with counsel and will replace this page before public launch.
Partner accounts
- Partners must accurately represent the business they operate and may only place QR codes on assets they own or manage with permission.
- Partners are responsible for the contact info, asset descriptions, and house tips published on their landings. Litto reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Partner display name and brand color are subject to Litto's brand guidelines (no trademarks of competitors, no content misleading guests about who runs the business).
Commission
- Litto pays commission on Litto experiences booked on litto.co that trace back to a partner's QR via the standard attribution window.
- The applicable commission rate is set per partner agreement. Commission is paid out monthly on the 10th for the previous month's confirmed bookings, after the standard cancellation window.
- Partners are responsible for their own tax declarations on the commission they receive.
Discount codes
Discount codes assigned to a partner, asset group, or QR are intended for guests of that partner. Distributing them outside the intended scope (e.g. publishing the code online) may result in the code being rotated.
Visitor use
Visitors may browse partner landings and book Litto experiences subject to litto.co's terms. Bookings are completed on litto.co and governed by Litto's standard booking terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the partner agreement with 30 days' notice. Pending commission earned before termination will still be paid out per the schedule above.
